MAY 2024
-Hosted our fifth Coalition Meeting, creating working groups to optimize our impact and make it easier for community members to engage.
– Continues to facilitate Hope Squad, a suicide prevention peer to peer mentoring group. This
program is expected to launch in November at MDHS, Heartland, PLMS, DES, and
BRMES.
– Hosted our fifth Community Youth Advisory Board (CYAB) Meeting. CYAB students will be having 4 plots in the MDHS school garden this summer. If you would like to help them maintain the garden or mentor them in gardening, please reach out to Shannon McKnight @ [email protected]
