PTTC

The purpose of the Prevention Technology Transfer Center (PTTC) Network is to improve implementation and delivery of effective substance use prevention interventions, and provide training and technical assistance services to the substance misuse prevention field.  It does this by developing and disseminating tools and strategies needed to improve the quality of substance misuse prevention efforts; providing intensive technical assistance and learning resources to prevention professionals in order to improve their understanding of prevention science, epidemiological data, and implementation of evidence-based and promising practices; and, developing tools and resources to engage the next generation of prevention professionals.

Health e Knowledge

HealtheKnowledge offers a wide variety of courses in the areas of improving health and healthcare services. Each high-quality HealtheKnowledge course offers a free Certificate of Completion for you to keep once you have passed the course requirements. Continuing Education (CE) credit is available for most of our courses for $5 per credit hour. The courses provided on this site cover a variety of health-related topics relevant for today’s healthcare provider.

Optum Idaho

Adult Mental Health First Aid-Mental Health First Aid for Adults teaches people how to recognize signs of mental health or substance use challenges in adults ages 18 and older, how to offer and provide initial help, and how to guide a person toward appropriate care if necessary. Topics covered include anxiety, depression, psychosis, and addictions.

Idaho Children's Trust Fund

The Idaho Children’s Trust Fund (ICTF) is the lead agency in the State of Idaho for child abuse and neglect prevention, as designated by the governor.  The ICTF is dedicated to the prevention of child abuse and neglect through funding, educating, supporting and building awareness among community-based organizations who share our mission.
