Are you ready to make a positive change and empower our local youth?
My Community Cares is a local fund that helps remove barriers so youth can participate in positive activities—whether that’s sports, clubs, or other opportunities that keep them connected and engaged.
It was originally launched as a senior project and has grown into a community-supported resource that YAC now helps steward.
At its core, it’s about making sure every young person has access to experiences that build confidence, connection, and healthy choices.
